Emotional, social, cultural, institutional and systemic sensitivity and awareness are at the core of our work. We are aware of the invisible forces and tensions that often accompany and shape any change process. We try to recognize and channel these constructively.

In a time of numerous polarities and positions of division, our work is anchored in the recognition and interpretation of nuances and points of union. We help channel divisive energy into positive change and conscious dialogue between differing positions.

We operate under the premise that any given environmental problem is embedded in a broader socioeconomic, cultural, political and ecological system that must be understood in order to develop congruent, responsive and effective strategies for change.

We generate information and facilitate its assimilation and eventual transformation into knowledge and action. We believe that knowledge can be a transformative process of consciousness and agency, especially when it is generated and assimilated through collaboration and learning.

There is no environmental conflict that can be interpreted, addressed and solved by a single person and institution. We are a team with extensive experience in facilitating collaboration and collective leadership to achieve changes that go beyond individual interests and approaches.

We have an international network of individuals and groups of specialists that complement our knowledge and capabilities.

We have a learning mentality and work with an awareness of blind spots and areas for improvement. We learn and are open to change.
