What is Andanza Advisors?
Andanza Advisors is a company that provides support, advice and accompaniment to individuals, groups, collectives and institutions on their path to increase environmental and human wellbeing.
Who are we?
We are a multicultural and multinational consulting team with proven impact on the health of ecosystems, communities and institutions, as well as on social well-being and capacity strengthening of agents of change. Our experience is sustained by three decades of work with rural and coastal communities, civil society organizations, governments, the private sector, academic and philanthropic institutions, and multi-stakeholder networks in over 15 countries across five continents, mainly in Latin America and the Caribbean.
What drives our work?
We are driven by the possibility of achieving positive change for our earth and the well-being of humanity through the generation, use and documentation of knowledge; inspiring and forging collaborations for change; and strengthening the capacities we all carry within. We are convinced that positive change happens through individuals, collectives and institutions that have the inspiration, well-being, and commitment to make it happen.
Who do we work with and where?
We work with individuals, civil society organizations, companies, donors, bilateral agencies, governments, networks and collectives with an interest in and commitment to environmental and human well-being. Our main region of focus is Latin America and the Caribbean, but our reach is global.
